Your Ship to School Packages

Your Fedex pickup is in the next couple of days and your boxes are all packed, now it is time to create the labels!

Creating your labels

 Before you sit down to create your labels make sure you have this information readily available for each of the items you are shipping.

Information you'll need: 

• What type of boxes
• The size of the boxes 
• The weight of the boxes (enter the weight in pounds without any measurments ex: "40")
• The amount of coverage you would like to add to the boxes
• The description of items in each of the boxes

**Reminder: The description for each box is so important! It is for your reference as well as ours. If for any reason a label is damaged or has fallen off we use the description to locate the box. Helpful descriptions are: the color of the box, the brand of the box, clothing brands in the box, specific books.**

**Cost: Shipping cost is calculated by the size, weight and distance being shipped per item. You will be charged to the card on file in your account with us once your items have been picked up by Fedex. 

IMPORTANT: Fedex will pickup items from you directly at your door if you are in a house or they can pickup items left outside the front door. 

Items being picked up from a dorm, hotel, hostel, or apartment may not be picked up directly from your room address and may need to be taken to a central mailing center for your location.
