Collegeboxes pickup checklist

Is your pickup day coming up?

With school coming to an end and move-out on your mind it is easy to forget about the little details of your pickup with Collegeboxes. To make the process as simple as possible we've created a list of things to prioritize in the days leading up to your pickup. 

A day or two prior to pickup... 

-Check  your calendar, will you be available during the time-frame provided for your pickup date? If not, contact Collegeboxes at 781-932-1113. 

-Is the contact phone number in your account correct? 

-If  you provided an alternate contact number, will they be available during the time you won't be?

-Have you decided what items you will be storing or shipping with us? 


-Have you added each of the items to your Collegeboxes account? 

-Have you printed and attached individual labels to each of your items, and is your customer ID and name written visible? 

The day of pickup..

-Are your boxes packed, securely taped with a label attached? 

-Will you be available for the duration of our service window, if not, have you contacted Collegeboxes with an alternate contact?

-Is your phone turned on, charged and accessible for when our movers contact you for pickups? 

-Are you ready to let the movers in to your dorm building when they contact you for pickup?



What to expect the day of pickup...

-A phone call or text from (an unknown number) our movers notifying you they are on the way to your dorm.

-Our movers to come directly to your door to pickup any items you are storing or shipping.

-To sign off on the items our movers have picked up from you for storage and shipping.
