Delivering on the Promise

I just spoke at Syracuse University on the topic of "delivering on the promise." Pretty simple -- say only what you can do, and do just that. Of course, I reflected on the times when Collegeboxes fell short of that goal and what we're doing to change that. I also talked about some incredible, simple businesses that deliver on the promise each and every time. One of those is the Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour who organized the event. Michael and his partner Sheena planned my travel, gave me the venue/schedule information, and were very gracious hosts (not to name putting on a killer program). Nice! Into New Orleans

I'm in New Orleans this week to kick off the 2008 spring season. Our movers are ready, our campus managers are ready, and I think I'm ready too. Did I mention that NOLA has THE best food in the country. Shrimp po-boys, crawfish!?!?! Yes. Here's a shot off the left wing on final approach to New Orleans.
