Learn to Pack the Collegeboxes Way

This year we want to make sure every customer is properly prepared for pickup. This means being packed with all items labeled properly. Personally, I'm a visual learner. So...we decided to make a packing video. You'll also like to know that the video recently won an Academy Award for "Best Video in the Instruction of Packing" last night at the Oscars.

Make a monster when you flyer

Our campus manager program is the life blood of our business. Here's an idea, instead of hanging up posters in the student center -- MAKE A FLYER MONSTER...

Note: In this example we used the Storage Bill of Rights as our poster of choice. You can substitute this poster with others such as the standard Collegeboxes poster.

That's right. It's time to tell you about everything that's new for Collegeboxes 2008:

• Barcoding on EVERY item (customer prints label, we scan it at pickup)

• Real-time package tracking for customers on their collegeboxes.com account (just like UPS)
• The Starter Kit -- a convenient box with 5 double-walled boxes, tape, markers, label pouches, and everything else you need to use our service. We even ship the entire kit to you prior to move-out.

• Improved customer communications

Last but not least, we're introducing the customer Storage Bill of Rights. No, it's not written by the founding fathers, but it is meant to let you (our customer) know that we are serious about delivering a great service.
