Delivering on the Promise

I just spoke at Syracuse University on the topic of "delivering on the promise." Pretty simple -- say only what you can do, and do just that. Of course, I reflected on the times when Collegeboxes fell short of that goal and what we're doing to change that. I also talked about some incredible, simple businesses that deliver on the promise each and every time. One of those is the Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour who organized the event.
