- Barcoding on EVERY item (customer prints label, we scan it at pickup)
- Real-time package tracking for customers on their collegeboxes.com account (just like UPS)
- The Starter Kit -- a convenient box with 5 double-walled boxes, tape, markers, label pouches, and everything else you need to use our service. We even ship the entire kit to you prior to move-out.
- Improved customer communications
Last but not least, we're introducing the customer Storage Bill of Rights. No, it's not written by the founding fathers, but it is meant to let you (our customer) know that we are serious about delivering a great service.
